The solution removes the need to manage and install operating systems on each individual device within the company. Cloud Geeni’s Desktop as a service also disproves the need for costly, time-consuming VPNs, freeing your clients from unnecessary burdens.

A current partner (A Global Software Company) trusts Cloud Geeni to deliver private cloud platforms to any of their UK-based end clients that use their Windows-based server applications. In turn Cloud Geeni delivers published apps, cloud desktops, and private cloud infrastructure as a service to over 50 of our partners individual clients, totalling hundreds of end users.

A guarantee of 99.9 percent uptime is given to all clients with data securely backed up and replicated in multiple UK-based data centers. During the process, Cloud Geeni takes daily encrypted backups that are kept as standard for a minimum of 30 days, with the option of having emutable back ups for any client.

This policy can be adjusted to match your client’s requirements with Cloud Geeni responsible for  backs up and management of all data across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Mailboxes with no data limits.

Cloud Geeni provide a direct, single point of contact for all partners, we are on hand to assist with client meetings at each stage of the sales cycle.

We offer our partners full access to the Cloud Geeni marketing team, including graphic design, co-branded marketing assets, and co-branded documents like blogs, proposals, case studies, and whitepapers.

Partner resellers also have access to our skilled in-house telemarketing team to assist with securing appointments with prospects, alongside email campaigns and social media outreach.

Besides sales support, our partners have access to technical pre-sales and solution architects throughout the sales process. It’s noteworthy that Cloud Geeni does not charge any fee for consultancy.

Many of our larger partners choose to work with us based on our high-level of technical expertise and the additional security our private cloud platform provides.  

Cloud Geeni does not take away your contacts. While we provide the core compute requirements for your clients, the traditional onsite and end-user support is still applicable. This means that our partners still maintain their relationships with their clients, ensuring a smooth and responsive IT support service.

Partner Incentives

Cloud Geeni offers pre agreed minimum standard setup costs when migrating to our private cloud infrastructure, ensuring our partners have the scope to increase their one-off and recurring revenues.

Access to Tools and Resources

Our partners can utilise the tools available through Microsoft Office 365.

This access allows resellers to increase their clients’ 365 spending by upgrading licenses to allow for shared compute activation on their new Cloud Platform. Additionally, Cloud Geeni can provide assistance and support on any existing 365 tenants if required.

Cloud Geeni is a Mimecast Managed Service Partner, providing all Mimecast licencing and support. As a gold partner of Altaro, we can provide different email security and 365 back up solutions to protect your customers at the right price point.

Cloud Geeni is also a Duo partner, allowing us to provide and support your end users with the best-in-breed two-factor authentication solutions.
