What problem(s) were you trying to solve with our service?
Access to St. James's Place, less down time and also the ability to configure numerous email profiles into Outlook for our various clients.
What made our product or service stand out from other options?
Great support, good team, good communication. Consistency on the helpdesk – we get to know them well.
How has your business been impacted since starting to using our service?
We now have MFA on all our desktops, we use Mimecast encryption for our emails and we are Cyber Essentials Plus Certified, so we feel really secure.
How was your experience working with us throughout the COVID-19 pandemic?
Did not impact us at all.
Continued throughout and no disruption at all. Great!
