  • Where is the data held?

  • How will you get my data moved across?

So you can be sure that our business model works, but we don’t expect you to risk your business on our reputation. As such, we’ve established some additional security measures to keep you safe, no matter what happens to us.

    First and foremost, your data belongs to you, so you can request this at any point. More than this, to provide added peace of mind we also offer a service which copies your server onto a drive, which we then courier to you periodically. So, if for any reason you were unable to access any of our services (e.g. if we went bust), you’d have a local copy of your data that you can refer back to.
